Refund & Size Replacement Policy

We stand behind every pair we make. If your first order isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right — in accordance with this policy.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your first order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll review your request.
Size Replacement (No Returns Needed)
Ordered the wrong size? No problem.
We do not require underwear to be sent back. If the wrong size was ordered, we’ll send the correct size at no additional cost.
You may keep the original pair or gift it to someone who can use it. This helps reduce unnecessary shipping and waste.
Limit: One size replacement per order.
Hygiene Policy
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of worn or opened underwear.
Our Comfort Guarantee applies to your first order, but does not require items to be returned. Each request is reviewed individually in accordance with this policy.
Refunds
If your first order is not suitable and a size replacement does not resolve the issue, a refund may be offered at our discretion.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at support@augustsabbe.com, and we’ll resolve the issue.
