Shipping
All EU orders ship from our Estonia‑based fulfillment location. Orders placed before 12 PM (EET) are typically processed the same business day. Estimated standard delivery time for most EU destinations is 2–5 business days.
Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order ships.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may vary during peak periods or promotional events.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
A flat 4.99€ shipping rate applies to all EU orders.
Estimated delivery times:
- Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: 1–3 business days
- Finland: 2–5 business days
- Central Europe (Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, etc.): 2–5 business days
- Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal, etc.): 3–6 business days
- Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark, etc.): 2–5 business days
- Remote regions & islands: 5–10 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier system.
Shipping Issues & Delays
While we work closely with our shipping partners, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or routing issues. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us support@augustsabbe.com, and we will assist where reasonably possible.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.
